Honda Accord Hybrid boasts 50 mpg in 2014 model
Tue, 24 Sep 2013Honda is giving us a real treat with its 2014 50-mpg Accord Hybrid, set to go on sale Halloween of this year. This well-equipped Accord Hybrid will be offered with a choice of three different grades with a suggested retail price ranging from $29,945 to $35,695 including destination. The LX, Sport and EX/EX-L sedan models will feature an In-Line 4-Cylinder engine, as well as the LX-S, EX and EX-L coupe models.

Just as we’ve already seen, the F-Type is very much a driver-focused car with a cocooning cockpit and plenty of style and a mission to deliver a sports car with soul, looks and performance. Underpinning the F-Type is a lightweight aluminium structure with all aluminium double wishbones and a quick ratio steering rack, and all that stiff aluminium means a Jaguar that is 30 per cent stiffer than anything that has gone before.

Wed, 04 Apr 2012While Erik Carlsson showed the world that lunacy had an appropriate place in rallying—they didn't call him "Carlsson on the Roof" for nothing—it took Ken Block's marketing savvy and the paste-it-anywhere-and-watch ubiquity of YouTube to get a broad swath of American kids amped on the antic fun that can be had with an all-terrain compact car. In a bid to get that same group excited about the new Dodge Dart, Chrysler enlisted Travis Pastrana to pilot its Global RallyCross entry. And in a sort of low-budget, less-elaborate version of Block's wacky-upon-zany Gymkhana videos, Pastrana puts the Dart through its paces, losing the passenger-side rear corner of the bodywork in the process.
