Warranty Terms and Conditions:

• Please note warranty will not cover physical damage such as from an accident or damage resulting from water such as rust or corrosion.
• If at anytime our ballast fails you will need to send it back to us for inspection and replacement.  You will be responsible for return shipping. 
  
• Warranty does NOT cover any labor cost.

Payment Terms: 

Payment must be made within 4 days of purchase date.  We will accept payment from verified PayPal account only.

 

International Shipping: 

      1. We provide International standard  shipment and Expedited international shipment:

         International standard shipment include China post, the shipping time is little long during 10~60 days thatidbased on different delivery location, we'll provide clients the tracking number after send goods and closely track the shipping statues for you;

        Expedited international shipment include DHL and EMS, or other most economic and fast shipping way, the shipping time during 3~7 days if all going smoothly for custom clear and shipping status, we'll provide clients the tracking number after send goods and closely track the shipping statues for you;

2. International buyers are responsible for their government import fees and taxes. Your local government taxes and fees are notincluded in the price and are your responsibility.

3. We cannot guarantee international transit times as we have no control over customs and your local delivery service.
