Good Condition
Manufacturer Part Number:wiring plate

This is the under carpet wiring harness from a 68 Buick Electra.  This is in very good condition.  The wire feeding the fuel tank sending unit was chewed off by a critter, at the grommet, where it went through the floor(see the picture).  The rear door jam light switch wires are missing.  The wires are stubbed out of this harness at their original splice.  Everything else...very nice.

It may fit other makes and models but please make sure for yourself.

VW Golf R 400 could get more than 400PS – which makes a bit of a nonsense of its name

Mon, 12 May 2014

The VW Golf R 400 (pictured) may not actually be an R 400 The Beijing Motor Show last month saw the debut of the VW Golf R 400, an extreme take on the VW Golf R with a full 400 PS (395bhp) at its disposal. When Volkswagen revealed the R 400 as a concept we did note that it looked more production-ready than concept, and it took VW less than a week to confirm that the Golf R 400 was indeed heading for production. Now, just to muddy the waters a bit (or raise expectations), VW’s R&D chief Heinz-Jakob Neusser has said that when the Golf R 400 does arrive it could well be with more than 400PS.

This is in addition to replacing its hard-copy owner’s manuals with DVDs and small quick-reference guides, something it did last year. The first iPhone manual will be available on June 19, for the 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee.

Mastretta MXT: Orders UP thanks to Top Gear

Sat, 19 Feb 2011

Mastretta MXT - orders UP since Top Gear 'Insult' You might reasonably have thougt that Top Gear’s recent Mexican stand-off would have had the butt of its joke – the Mastretta MXT – suffering a severe downturn in sales. After all, according to Mexican Ambassador to London -Eduardo Medina-Mora Icaza – the Top Gear insults aimed at his country – and at Mastretta – were ‘Bigoted and Ignorant’. Which, if the comments had been anything other than a feeble attempt at a joke on national stereotypes, may have been an appropriate response.
