Lifta Brand offers a limited life time warranty; that is that should any of Lifta Brand parts manufactured by Lifta Brand fails or brakes do to a manufacturing defect the part will be fixed or replaced. Any claim for damages arising from the sale of this merchandise shall be limited to the repair and replacing of non-conforming parts.
Any warranty offered by a manufacturer shall pass directly from the manufacturer to the Buyer. Any warranty claims against a factory warranty shall be conducted by the Buyer directly with the manufacturer or their assigned authorized agents.
