Pirate Jack ships from Asheville NC, and we ship fast!! We are open Mon- Friday 8-4:00 pm EST. It's not uncommon for us to ship the same day, but usually within 2 business days of receiving your order. See our map display for shipping times. Most orders will ship UPS, smaller orders will ship via USPS flat rate box. Your order will be professionally and durably packed for it's time in transit to you.  We ship to the address provided by your PayPal account, if you wish for your order to go to an alternate address, please leave us this information in the NOTE section of your PayPal payment at check out. We will send you a tracking number to your email address the day after it leaves so you can follow it. Also you will receive a packing slip to check over your order, if there is ever any discrepancy please contact us right away and we will reconcile it with you. All Pirate Jack products are guaranteed for ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE, to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. Once again, this is from DATE OF PURCHASE, NOT DATE OF INSTALLATION.

Returns Policy

You can return new, unopened items from a canceled order within 2 weeks after they have been delivered to you. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Non defective items must be returned in as new condition for you to receive full credit. If we shipped the correct item to you, but you ordered the wrong item, you are responsible for both the shipping cost to return the wrong item to us and for us to ship the replacement part to you. Items which have been altered in any way (painted, bent, etc)or show signs of installation will not be considered for full credit and may be refused entirely upon our inspection.
