Part:  This listing is for (1) USED 1986 JOHNSON EVINRUDE 9.9HP 2 CYLINDER~model #J10RLCDB~power head (Long Block)(6163700). The listing is for the POWERHEAD! (block, crank, rods, pistons, heads are included with great compression on all cylinders). NO ELECTRICAL, NO FLYWHEEL, NO FUEL SYSTEM, ETC!  We spun compression on each cylinder before dismantling the outboard and its with factory specs on both 2 cylinders.(100psi on both cylinders) We remove the heads, inspect the powerhead and install new head gaskets. It has not been rebuilt...it is a good, used powerhead with excellent compression ready to bolt on.  It is ready for you to move the electronics and accessories off of your motor onto this long block (block, crankshaft, pistons & cylinder heads). FROM TODAY the driving test in the UK must be taken in English or Welsh, after long-standing rules permitting foreign language speakers to sit the test were removed. Theory tests have previously been available with voiceovers in 19 foreign languages and candidates could use an interpreter on both the theory and practical driving tests. But changes that come into effect today were introduced after a consultation showed more than 70% supported the withdrawal of foreign language voiceovers and interpreters.

HONDA has announced details for a new version of its existing Uni-Cub ‘personal mobility solution’ – essentially a powered office chair. The Uni-Cub β is a development of the initial concept that appeared in 2012 as a bizarre solution to mobility around typical office-based work environments, although it would seem that no one at Honda had considered that humans have legs for that. It uses an omni-directional driving wheel system derived from Honda’s research into humanoid robots like the well-known ASIMO, allowing it to move in any direction according to the weight shifts of its user.
