SHIPPING TERMS

Shipping rates are for the continental 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii, US APO, US territories, could be higher than rates quoted. Please contact our customer service dept for actual shipping rates. We take great pride in packaging every item to ensure safe shipment. However, when the items leaves our warehouse, we have no control on what happens to it. Payment must be received within one week of the auction close. We reserve the right to cancel the transaction and relist the item if payment has not been received within this time frame. Please allow up to 3 business days after payment is received for your order to be processed before shipping.

PLEASE NOTE: When shipping to anywhere other than the USA, the receiver is fully responsible for any duties, taxes or fees assessed by Customs and/or UPS as a result of importing the merchandise into the country. Any item purchased from us is merchandise, not a gift. Please do not ask us to falsify shipping documents. Howell Powersports will not be responsible for import duties, taxes or fees on international shipments.

**Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time** We are proud to ship using UPS Ground, Air and International Services exclusively. A physical street address is required during checkout as UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes. If you provide only a PO Box for your shipping address, additional delays may occur.

PAYMENT

Payment Howell Powersports gladly accepts Credit cards as   NOTE: Payment must be received within seven (7) days of auction close. Unpaid auction wins will be relisted after seven (7) days and a Non-Payer report will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction. Combined Shipping: Some items may NOT qualify for combined shipment due to its weight, fragility or if item is shipped by one of Howell Powersports' third party partners.

Howell Powersports is not responsible for any merchandise that it does not receive or that is not returned in accordance with the following terms: We are not responsible for any losses in the mail while returning returned merchandise. Merchandise should be properly packed and insured with the carrier for the full amount of purchase. Returned items with signs of abuse or intentional damage will be refused and returned to sender at sender's cost.

Applicable sales taxes will be added to shipments within the state of MI. Sales tax is calculated on the extended price (unit price x quantity) total, plus shipping and insurance charges.
