 This mercruiser speedmaster outdrive,  i was going to install it in the cat you see in picture 3. I then realized that it was to small for it. I bought this outdrive from my friend who had it on his boat with a 454 blower engine 800Hp.
This item includes: Mercruiser outdrive .
                               Complete transmission.
                               Hydraulic pump trim.
                               Stainless steel hydraulic cylinder steering, with hose and connector for transom.
                               Inner transom plate.
                              Transmission engine bell housing.
                              Brand New Mercury Hi-performance surface propeller  (Pitch:26) ( Dia 15 1/2 in).
       
                        
It is missing the drive oil cooler hose for the transmission.
It is missing motor mount transmission  bracket.
It has one rusted bolt you can see it on last picture.

Kia Motors has opened its new Design Center America, located adjacent to the new US corporate headquarters in Irvine, California, about 40 miles southeast of Los Angeles. The opening ceremony of the new US 21.8-acre Kia Corporate campus was held on June 24 and was presided by Byung Mo Ahn, group president and CEO of Kia Motors America and Kia Motors Manufacturing Georgia. He was joined at the ceremony by both local and state representatives, as well as members of the media and guests.
