Up for sale...USED Toyota 2001-2003 Rav4 Spare Tire Cover #64771-42060.   Item was removed from a parts unit and does have surface scratches and markings.  Some of the markings could be buffed out but others are etched into the plastic.  Lock does work.  Cover would make a good replacement for one that has been lost or severely damaged.

‘Hidden’ damage on hire cars costing drivers

MORE THAN one in three hire car users have found unreported damage on hired vehicles upon collection, according to new data. A survey conducted by YouGov found that 37% of business travellers found damage to their hired vehicle which was not marked down on the documentation when they collected the car. This could lead to the user being charged for the damage and liable to lose any insurance excess amount – which could be as much as £2,000.

Concept Car of the Week: MG EX-E

The MG EX-E, developed by Austin Rover and unveiled in 1985, is the subject of our Concept Car of the Week. Dubbed "The concept car that's too exciting to keep secret", it was a production-feasible project that would act as a blank canvas for all future Austin Rover creations. Roy Axe, Design Director of Rover, designed the car around the Metro 6R4 and had an aluminum chassis and plastic body.
