This Comp Cams core has surface rust; but when getting reground, it will turn out great. It is currently ground on a 106 lobe center and typically you don't want to change that by more than a couple of degrees, so keep that in mind. In the Northwest we use Delta Cam and they have hundreds of profiles to suit your need. Keep in mind you must use this with an Odd Fire crank. Will not work with a 4.3 even fire crank.
