Warranty
All merchandises come with a 12 month and 12,000 mile warranty from the Manufacturer. AutoPartsWest is not responsible for its products when subjected to abuse, improper installation, workmanship defects, accident or normal wear. All applicable Manufacturers warranties are honored in addition. If the product is determined to be defective, a full refund for the product will be issued including all incurred shipping charges. Under any circumstances there will no refund or compensation on labor and installation.
No Hassle Return Policy
Buyers are required to request first for Return Merchandise Authorization, which shall be promptly processed to issue the RMA number. All authorized merchandise MUST be returned in original packaging, unused and in excellent condition with the given RMA number. No refunds or exchanges will be made for items over 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. Positively NO return or exchange on merchandise that shows signs of having been used, installed, or mounted. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable in the case that the customer ordered the wrong part or application. When applicable, all custom entry fees and duty associated with any return or exchanges will be charged to the customer. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all non-defective returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Exchanges are subject to 15% restocking fee.

PR, HI, AK, GU, VI, PO BOX, APO, FPO: USPS Priority Mail delivery with $25 flat charge. 2 to 4 business days are expected.
INTERNATIONAL VIA UPS Worldwide Saver (except Canada being UPS Standard Calculated). International buyers are responsible for duty and import tax if applicable.
