Here is my policy re warranty and customer satisfaction: Please read
All items are insured for lost in mail after 30 days, or physical damage provided that you submit a claim to your local post office immediately upon receipt of item, this way the insurance covers it.
 
New items:
I attach accurate info p/n and pictures as per the details on the parts and my catalogs, in case you want to return it has to be within 7 days of receipt and it has two categories:
If I made a mistake on the description or sent part different than described (in the latter I will to compare a picture taken on your side to the listing) I will refund in full upon receipt of the returned part including shipment both ways.
If for some other reason you want to return the part for none of my mistakes you pay mailing both ways and I will refund the item price upon its receipt by me.
 
Used items, I am giving the description as best as I can and best pictures for an honest representation. Please note that used items may be discolored and any other time and sun effect.
 
At any case I expect to be contacted promptly and work out any customer satisfaction issues
