Return Policy Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, in original shipping condition. Items that are delivered damaged or lost in transit are subject to a damaged/lost item claim investigation by the carrier. MOMS will not send out a replacement product until the carrier finishes their investigation. Items sent incorrectly will be recalled by MOMS via a paid shipping label. Return authorization will be required before any product can be returned. All returned products are subject to a 20% restock fee. Return shipping for items no longer wanted/purchased incorrectly is the responsibility of the buyer. Brand new products carry a manufacturers warranty.
