Return Policy Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, in original shipping condition. Items that are delivered damaged or lost in transit are subject to a damaged/lost item claim investigation by the carrier. MOMS will not send out a replacement product until the carrier finishes their investigation. Items sent incorrectly will be recalled by MOMS via a paid shipping label. Return authorization will be required before any product can be returned. All returned products are subject to a 20% restock fee. Return shipping for items no longer wanted/purchased incorrectly is the responsibility of the buyer. Brand new products carry a manufacturers warranty. The car will be formally shown at the 2008 Los Angeles motor show and this is only the second photograph of the new cabrio that goes on sale next summer. It’s the convertible version of the G37 Coupe (read our first drive here) and, like its 3-series target, uses a folding hard-top roof.
