This is a 1920s Buick wheel assembly. It looks to be in good condition for being so old. Please see pictures for condition. From what I can find the brand is Double Service. I don't know much about this item but if you have any questions please let me know and I will do my best to answer them.

BMW to launch app for music on demand

The service launches with the BMW 6-series this fall.
