 This is a vintage King Bee mirror with an L stamped into the base of it. I have done some basic research and all indications are that this is a Chevrolet or Buick model mirror. Some information lists it as covering 1937 through 1954 Chevrolet and covering Buick from 1939 through 1947. It is a unique piece and would be very unusual for any type of hot rod, rat rod or custom car or truck. The chrome is in very good condition. The original mirror glass is blemished and discolored around the edges and there is 1 small chip but there are no cracks. This look actually adds to the unique look of the piece. Saab facing bankruptcy – again

Saab are facing bankruptcy once more. Saab has not had a happy history, certainly since it was swallowed up by GM and pushed in to building Saabs with GM underpinnings. Then, in the midst of the bankruptcy of GM, Saab went through a circus of possible owners before GM sold Saab out to Spyker, but Spyker couldn’t make a go of things and they too went bankrupt.

2013 UK automotive sales highest since 2007

The 10.8% increase makes the UK the best performing market in Europe, exceeding its forecast by posting its highest sales figures since 2007. Top of the charts once again is the Ford Fiesta, which sold almost 13,000 additional units than in 2012, with its stablemate, the Ford Focus, graduating to the runner-up spot to push the Vauxhall Corsa third.
