The motor has compression,  I tried to wrap a rope around the pully and pull to see if it had spark,  did not see any. Has the oil bath air cleaner. The tank has old gas in it. I will be draining the gas tank and oil for shipping but the tank may need more cleaning. You can always pick items up here at 53563 zip to save the shipping charge.Please see pictures for condition.
