Vintage blue suicide knob. The blue has lots of small cracks inside but has a smooth finish outside. Brown and white staining, not sure what has caused it. Chrome has pitting as well. 2 1/2 inches long, 2 inch diameter.

California considers pay-as-you-go auto insurance

The proposed regulations would allow insurance companies to offer coverage plans paid for by the mile, in addition to traditional plans. The idea is to allow consumers to pay for what they use--and potentially save money.
