Returns:

• Returned items will have a  20% restocking fee (IT COVERS OUR SHIPPING AND HANDLING COST & TO LIST AND RELIST THE ITEMS)

• No returns on open software or laptops

Insurance: If the item you get is damaged in the mail, and the item is insured, you will be responsible to file a claim. (Do not ship the damaged item back, it voids the insurance) I will provide you will all the needed information.

• NEW:  Never used, comes with everything new, Package might be open just to check content.

• New Other: New, never used, but might be missing box, or have some marks on it.

• Used: Good working shape.

• For Parts or Repair:  Something is wrong with it, sold AS IS. No returns.
