For Sale:

Selling a nice early 60's Simplex racing go kart. Started life as a dead axle Simplex and had the live axle conversion added to it. Kart has some original upholstery which should make a good pattern for restoration or use as is. Frame is in good condition no obvious damage. There are currently no brakes on it but a Bendix unit could be added to it. There is also no gas tank on the kart. It at some point had a center mount added for mounting the engine. The original mounts are still in place. Tires look pretty good  and wheels also look good. Please ask any questions you may have before bidding on this kart. As with any racing items all sales are final. This is a no reserve auction so bid to win. You can reach me at (317)729-2418  or use the e-bay question and answer system. I am a vintage karter so I will answer all your questions promptly and as accurately as I can. I am not a Simplex expert so there may be some things I cannot answer but I am sure there are enough other vintage karters out there who can help you with questions that I cannot answer. Please enjoy my auction and bid often, I am selling this to fund other projects. Thanks Mike  I have it listed with no shipping but I will help in any way I can. Possible Greyhound if that is your choice. I will only charge for wrapping up with foam and dropping off at the terminal in Indy. It is an 80 mile round trip at $.45 per mile for me. So the cost to get it there and wrapped will be $50.00. The cost from the terminal in Indianapolis to your local terminal will be your responsibility if that is your choice.

2015 Ford Mustang Mach 1 rendered

Mon, 23 Dec 2013

File this one under "harmless speculation we're hoping Ford execs are paying attention to": Top Speed has rendered the 2015 Mustang Mach 1, giving an idea of what to expect if/when the Blue Oval trots out a hotter version of the newest pony car. The heat extractors on the hood get beefed up, and there's no missing the gigantic, adjustable front splitter. The lip spoiler on the trunk would be subtle if not for the contrasting black paint.
