 Up for sale is a hydraulic jack. Not sure if it`s automotive, Railroad related or something else but it operates extremely smooth and solid. Tested it out on the rear of a UTV which it lifted with no problem and did not loose any pressure. Has new hydraulic fluid. Weighs 16 lbs. Toe is adjustable in height. Can be used as a ram or a toe jack. Measures just over 3ft when fully extended and approximately 1ft when compressed. Markings on base read "110 C" the number "5" "Made In The USA" and "110 C" on the bottom of base. Not sure of brand but it`s MADE IN THE USA. No handle included. Whiplash claim legal costs rising

GOVERNMENT attempts to reduce legal costs from whiplash injury claims seem to be failing. The average legal costs for small, whiplash-like third party injury (TPI) claims now stand at £2,500 per claimant, according to a report by the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries. The institute said this was a 15% increase since 2010 "when the Ministry of Justice introduced new measures which sought, in part, to contain legal costs".

The new Porsche Macan (pictured) will get 4-cylinder engine options in 2014 The new Porsche Macan arrived officially just a few weeks ago, complete with a choice of six-cylinder petrol and diesel engines and prices starting at £43k. But that’s just the start. Porsche has now confirmed that, before the end of 2014, the Macan will get some more affordable engine options with both petrol and diesel 4-cylinder engines finding their way under the Macan’s Cayenne-esque bonnet.
