I think this regulator is for an International K or KB series truck. Exactly which years or models I just don't know.   I found it with my Grandfathers stash of parts but I don't remember him ever having an International.  If I am mistaken about fitment or if you need more of a description please correct me or ask before you bid. Please make sure it is what you need before you bid.

Other than a scuff and some corrosion on the back side the crank looks very good.  The set screw is missing on the crank and it's tight on the shaft so you may have to soak it to get it off the shaft.  The bezel and fiber washer look good and the knob is snug but spins freely.

The assembly seems to work as intended although a little cleaning and oil may smooth it up a bit.

Shipping is by priority mail and will include insurance for the bid amount.  Thanks for looking!
