Vintage Rear Mounted Luggage Rack Used Fair Condition Rack #1. Will fit many years and models. I have 2 of these listed on E-Bay, both in similar condition but slightly different styles and sizes. 38 1/2 inches x 14 inches platform.  Fair condition but an easy restoration or great Rat Rod part. No dents or cracks. The brackets appear complete but some components are froze together, they should come apart easily.  No soft spots but plenty of easily removed surface rust. Londoners 'most likely to fail' driving test

LEARNERS gearing up to take their first driving test are twice as likely to pass in Scotland as those in London, according to analysis of driving test results by a car insurance company. Its analysis reveals that London has the test centres with the four lowest pass rates in the country for first time test-takers. Only 31% of learner drivers in Belvedere passing the first time, while Wanstead (32%), Barking (32%) and Wood Green (33%) were the other lowest scoring centres in the capital, all with first time pass rates significantly below the national average (48%), the study by Privilege Car Insurance found.

General Motors has dismissed 15 employees, including at least eight executives, after an internal investigation found “a pattern of incompetence and neglect” that led to 11 years of delays in recalling millions of cars for a fatal defect, CEO Mary Barra said today. Barra promised that the company would address future safety issues far differently, warning employees that failing to report risks would make them “part of the problem” and even inviting them to contact her directly if they couldn't get potential defects addressed themselves.
