A Monarch "Flip" day night accessory mirror. NOS in a rough box. Includes instruction sheet and adapters. Appears to fit just about any make from the 1940's to the late 1950's. Mirror glass has one small spot, instruction sheet is vey yellowed and box is rough. Checkout our other auctions for more neat stuff. We love to combine shipping. Local pickup at our place in Red Oak, Iowa is welcomed for any of our listings. Questions are welcomed and I can add more pictures to the listing if needed.

Nissan LEAF in a bubble at Geneva It looks like the WCOTY (World Car of the Year) is infected with the same set of vested interest as the European Car of the Year – they’ve voted the Nissan LEAF as one of the three finalists. By any sane measure the Nissan LEAF is not a car. It is at best a very good second mode of transport for those who don’t seek value and live in an urban area.

Students at the Royal College of Art recently celebrated the culmination of two years of study by presenting their final projects at the college's annual MA degree show. With a wide range of projects investigating form language for existing brands, sustainability and some even bordering on fine art, the degree show featured the works of 15 students. Here is a synopsis of their projects: Volkswagen Concerto Hong K Yeo Yeo's Volkswagen Concerto concept earned him the prestigious Pilkington Best Design Interpretation award, which was presented by David Wilkie.

LAND ROVER has unveiled a barely believable new technology that allows off-road drivers to effectively see through the bonnet all the way to the ground. Cameras mounted on the front grille film the terrain and transmit the visual feed to a head-up display for the driver. The alignment is set up to perfectly match the real angle of view beyond the bonnet, creating seamless visibility right back to the car’s wheels.
