Up for bid is a neat vintage motorcycle helmet No size that I can see. Would guess it dates to the 1960s or so. Solid shape No Cracks with a number of nicks to the surface. See photos for a good idea on condition. Cool helmet with a great low opening bid.

The engines on offer on this side of the pond are a 1.8-liter turbocharged four-cylinder making 170-hp and 200 lb-ft of torque, and a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder coupled with Quattro all-wheel drive, making 200-hp an 258 lb-ft of torque.

Official figures have yet to be released but insiders say the Corvette ZR1 is likely to top 200mph and crack 60mph in a little over 3 seconds. Its new supercharged, 6.2-litre LS9 V8 makes 620bhp and 595lb ft of torque, which GM claims gives the ZR1 a better power-to-weight ratio than the Ferrari 599, Porsche 911 GT2 and Lamborghini Murcielago LP640.
Chris Evans buys Ferrari 250 GT California for £5m

Evans blew €7,040,000 on the black sports car, the thirteenth of just 56 built. It was the inspiration for Ferrari's latest 2+2 GT, the new California unveiled in May 2008.The car was sold at this weekend's second annual Ferrari Leggenda e Passione event at Maranello, the specialist auction of all things Ferrari and Maserati.
