This helmet is in good solid condition.I can get it on my size 7 1/4 head .The outside of this helmet is covered with vinyl and there is a missing section on the black center strip.The helmet shell is in good shape and the straps are also in good condition. The interior of the helmet is all there and in good condition(I see a tear in one piece of padding). The interior is made of vinyl. The visor is in good condition.
