The Lotus Evora S gets unveiled ahead of Paris Update: We’ve had emails and Tweets suggesting that the Evora S may not use a Supercharger to gain its extra horses. TBH, the press release makes no mention of a S/C and the power increase is less than we’d expected. So we checked with Lotus and we can confirm that the Evora S does have a supercharger.

While a handful of people may remember him for the recent sports car that bore his name, Norwegian-born Qvale got his start in the automotive business decades prior, after his service as a pilot in the U.S.

When the manufacturer in question shows up on a government list of companies to be shut down, brand-enthusiast hearts get heavy; the early stages of mourning kick in.
