These hats are brand new, having just been made by the maker of the ORIGINAL road captain's hat of 40 - 50 years ago!!! Just think, you can have a BRAND NEW hat just like the ORIGINAL, and in a really hard to find size generally not available in old vintage hats!! I have negotiated with the original manufacturer to make these faithful reproductions of the hats made so many years ago, made in the U.S.A. These hats conform to the same high quality standards available many years ago. I generally have the following sizes in stock, ready for immediate shipment: 7, 7 1/8, 7 1/4, 7 3/8, 7 1/2, and 7 5/8.
