Well I believe this little steering wheel to be used for one of two things. First I would think it would be mounted on the side of a motorized canoe or trout boat and used to control steering on a small electric or gas powered motor. Second, For a vintage Fishing Rig. For what ever reason this unit is just too cool. It has 2 screw clamps for mounting. The aluminum wheel measures 6 1/2 in diameter. Volkswagen aims for lofty Beetle sales

That level will be a big improvement over the latter years of the outgoing model, in which sales dwindled to just 15,000 a year, but it remains lower than the record figure of 83,000 achieved 18 months after the launch of the revised model.
