Viper's Model 3305V 2-way security system will deter most criminal attacks against your vehicle and the property you keep inside it — you'll feel safe and secure no matter where you park. The system includes a 2-way remote transmitter which reports your car's security status on its LCD screen. The system uses features like Starter Kill, which prevents hot-wiring, and a dual-stage shock sensor, which warns you if someone tries to get into your car. The system's 6-tone siren chirps an early warning in the case of an intrusion attempt, and then unleashes an ear-splitting blast if the intrusion continues, chasing away crooks and attracting attention. Whether you're sightseeing, dining out, or shopping, you can be sure that your car will be exactly where you left it.

Return Policy

Prior to returning merchandise to us you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). The RMA# will be valid for 15 days from the date it was issued.



REPLACE
We will replace a defective unit with the same unit within the 30 day period with no additional charges. A shipping label will be provided for you to return the item to our store.



EXCHANGE
If for any reason you prefer to exchange your item for a different product, we are happy to help you do so as long as you contact us within 30 days from the original date of purchase. We will issue a store credit for the full price of the item, excluding the outgoing shipping costs that were paid to ship the original item to you. Shipping cost to send the item back to our store must be paid for by the customer.



RETURN
If an item is returned brand new and still factory sealed, we will issue a store credit for the full price of the item, excluding the outgoing shipping costs that were paid to get the original item to you. Processing fee will not be assessed. If the item comes back to us in used or open box condition, the original outbound fee and an additional 10% processing fee will be deducted from the refund. (When opened items are returned, these can no longer be sold as brand new; we must then sell them at a significantly cheaper price, therefore we must charge a 10% processing fee for open box return items).



REFUND
Refunds are also available during the initial 30 day period however, the original outbound fee and an additional 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.



SHIPPING
All outgoing shipping costs incurred to ship the newly exchanged item to you are covered. All return and exchange shipping costs required to ship the item back to our store are to be paid for by the customer.



PROCESSING TIME
We work hard to process returns as quickly as possible. Your replacement or refund will be processed within 4 business days after we receive the item and inspect it at our store. We can only exchange items after we’ve received the returned items.



EXCEPTIONS
While we always do our best to take back any and all returns, there are a few exceptions of items that cannot be returned to our store due to manufacturers not accepting these items back from us.
The following are examples of items that cannot be returned:
• Items with physical damage unrelated to shipping, i.e., cracked or broken items are not covered under warranty.
• If you receive an item with physical damage that occurred during shipping, you must notify us within 24 hours and you will be taken care of immediately.
• Software that has already been registered or installed cannot be returned.
• Blown speakers or subwoofers that have burned voice coils or punctured holes are not covered under warranty, however, we will do our best to help you get coverage

U.S. examining Mini Cooper steering

The National Highway Transportation Safety Administration is investigating Mini Coopers for unexpected loss of power steering. NHTSA has launched an investigation of 2004-model Coopers after receiving 54 consumer complaints and a confidential number of field reports, the administration stated on its Web site. The reports state that it is hard to control the vehicle when the power steering fails.
