First sight: Volkswagen Passat (2015)

The Volkswagen Passat, Europe's most successful company car, has defined this market segment pretty much since it arrived back in 1973, and this latest, eighth-generation model has been designed to attempt to reverse that buying trend. Concept Car of the Week: Toyota EX-III (1969)

The Toyota EX-III was presented at the 1969 Tokyo motor show, alongside the EX-I and EX-II concepts. It was by far the most advanced and portrayed a Japanese answer to the American and European dream machines. Just like its smaller sibling, the EX-1, the mid-engined EX-III was designed 'for the increased safety and comfort that tomorrow's high-speed travel will demand,' said the brochure.

Ferrari Myth exhibition opens in Shanghai

Spreading the gospel of Enzo, Ferrari opened its Myth exhibition at the Italian Center in the Shanghai Expo Park on May 18. To help develop the second-largest market for Ferrari, the three-year exhibit is the Italian manufacturer's way of showing the Chinese public the history, cars and technology of Ferrari. The exhibit has five areas: Ferrari in China, Green, Product, Design and Racing.
