For sale here is a Volvo 240 black trim grille with a custom fitted center emblem. This is not something that is mass produced, although if people like this then I may acquire the parts to make more.

The grille is from a 1992 240. The emblem was ordered brand new, and was carefully fitted into the center of the grille in place of the old style deteriorated emblem. It really does look stock! This emblem is meant for newer age Volvos and would not have normally fit into this grille, there was a difference in 2mm on each side.

Unfortunately, there is one noticeable scratch (if you put your nose up to the grille) in the center of the emblem. Not sure how it happened. No one would ever notice it, but I just want to be fully honest about item condition. I did regularly buff and polish the emblem to keep it shiny. I had this grille in my own car for about a year. I am now parting out the whole car and acquiring an 8 series.

This is a great look for your high-detail project 240, or as a nice refreshed grille for you old stock one!
