Mechanically Flawless , every bearing and gear inspected , All new Volvo Penta Seals upper and lower Prop shaft seals , Excellent condition Hinge pin Bushings , Reverse lock totally rebuilt and functioning Flawlessly Pressure tested Fresh Water Drive with no Pitting , Never any water intrusion , no metal or water in the oil . 26 Fine Spline universal yoke 2 bolt helmet style , I can make changes as necessary to accommodate your application , The 285 Drive was used in the late 80's and early 90s . It is interchangeable and will replace/ upgrade your older 270, 275, 280 or of course 285 . Mechanically the 285 drive is a 290 with a 270-280 suspension fork for boats with Mechanical lift rather than Hydraulic tilt, 285-290 is a far better drive than the old 270- 280). 30 day Warranty , Bolt it on get back on the water !

Sun, 25 Apr 2010Part 2 of our review of the 2010 Range Rover Sport TDV6 Land Rover has had a thorough play with their range for 2010, a big part of which has been shoehorning in the latest lumps from Jaguar. The Range Rover Sport now comes with the 5.0 litre S/C engine from the XFR and the rather wheezy 2.7 litre diesel is swapped for the much livelier 3.0 litre from the XF. Not the 3.0 litre from the XF diesel S, mind you – that would have trampled all over the 3.6 TDV8 – but the slightly more pedestrian version with 242bhp.
