Listing is for a Gearshift Extension for a Volkswagen Bus, from 1968 through 1979. Assuming that you have a stock gearshift lever. Adapts to your existing 12mm shift lever and extends it up closer to you. Makes it more comfortable to use the stock shift lever. Accepts your original 12mm shift knob. Or, you can purchase one from one of my other listings. It is metal that has been chromed. Quality is very nice. Includes the jam nut, so you can lock it into position. This extension will also work on Beetles, 1968 - 1979, and Ghia's, 1968-1975, they both used 12mm shift levers. Please look at my other listings. The new Jag F-type will go on sale in a year's time, in early summer 2013, as a convertible first with an F-type coupe to follow in 2014. CAR understands it'll be positioned halfway between a Porsche Boxster/Cayman and a 911.
