What forms of payment do you accept?

• We accept all major credit cards and bank debit cards through Pay Pal payment services.  We also accept all major credit cards and bank debit cards, if you wish to pay for your item at the time of pick up.  We do not accept personal or business checks.

How soon will my item ship? 

• All orders will be processed for shipment within 3-Business Days (excluding weekends & holidays) from the receipt of payment. 
• If your item requires freight services, please allow for up to 5-Business Days (excluding weekends & holidays) for your order to be processed from the receipt of payment. 
• All freight shipments will require a valid daytime contact number in order to complete the order process and for the carrier to schedule your delivery day and time. 

Will I receive tracking information with my order?

• Yes.  Once your item has been processed for shipment, you will receive a shipment notification from the carrier.  You will also receive a shipment notification from Pay Pal.

Where do you ship to?

• We offer shipping services within the continental U.S.  If you require shipping services to an area outside of our normal shipping area, please contact us for approval prior to making your purchase. 

Will I be required to sign for my item at the time of delivery?

• Only items with a purchase value of $250 or greater will require a signature at the time of delivery.  If you will not be available to sign for your item during the normal delivery times, please contact us prior to making your purchase. 

Will you ship to an alternate address?

• No.  We will only ship to an address that has been confirmed by Pay Pal.  If you require your item to be shipped to an alternate address, please update your Pay Pal confirmed shipping address prior to making your purchase.

Do you allow local pick up?

• Yes.  All items are available for local pick up at our Northbay Warehouse located at 7950 Redwood Drive, Suite 10 Cotati, CA. 94931

How soon do I need to pick up my item?

• We require all items to removed from our facility within 5-Business Days from the date of the sale.  If additional time is needed to remove your item, please contact us prior to making your purchase.

What are your hours of operation?

• We are open Thusday - Saturday (10:00 - 4:00) for customer pick up.  We offer freight loading as well as standard parcel loading, at no additional charge.

General Freight Shipment Information

What happens if my freight shipment arrives damaged?

• Always inspect your shipment for damage prior to signing the delivery receipt. If there is obvious damage, do not accept the shipment without noting in detail the damage on all copies of the carrier's delivery receipt. Please have the freight driver sign all copies to acknowledge your damage notation.

• Do not refuse the shipment, regardless of the damage.  If the shipment is refused, the buyer will be responsible for any and all transporation fees, re-delivery fees, return delivery fees, re-consignment fees or storage fees due to a refused order.

• Hold all damaged goods and their packaging material for inspection. If you have the ability to photograph the transit damage please do so immediately and record the date the photograph was taken.

• Please contact us within (2) business days from date of receipt to report any damage so we can notify the carrier and initiate the claims process.
