Sadly I am selling my Warn 8274 I purchased a few years ago to use on my 1972 Toyota Landcruiser FJ40. I still have the cruiser, but have put it on hold to get my 1982 Toyota 4WD Pickup on the road. This is definitely not something I want to do, but I need to free up some room at my dad's shop so selling the winch will get the truck on the road in a few weeks.
The winch is all there including the remote which isn't seen in the pics, but is included. I purchased the rebuild kit which is included about the same time I got the winch. I was told it spools fine, but have never tested it. The guy I got it from used it to move his mud truck on and off the trailer. Shipping is an option, BUT all the legwork is on you. I will crate it for an additional $40 and send it to the nearest Fastenal only. It is the cheapest route and the only place I will deal with to ship heavy items. Please ask questions before bidding. I'm sure if you are reading this you know how legendary these winches are. |

New Chevy pickup gets luxury trim
Mon, 24 Sep 2012General Motors plans a luxury trim level for its next-generation Chevrolet Silverado pickup, its answer to the leather-swathed top offerings of its rivals. GM will name the model the High Country, according to dealers briefed on the plans during a national Chevy dealer meeting this month in Las Vegas. It's a response to the proliferation of high-end pickup models, such as Ford's F-150 King Ranch and Limited and Ram's Laramie Longhorn, which have sticker prices that can top $50,000.
