Audi at 100: German carmaker celebrates a century of technology, speed and luxury

Audi traces its roots to the dawn of the auto industry, and today, the iconic company known by four intertwined rings celebrates its 100th anniversary. From humble beginnings to its lofty status as an international powerhouse, Audi has been at the forefront of technological development and crafting luxury. Along the way, it's gone by different names--including Auto Union AG--survived two world wars and forged entry into crucial new markets such as the United States.

College Exhibition: Umea Degree Show 2006

Students at Sweden's Umea University Institute of Design presented their work in the annual Degree Show in June, which included work from the Masters programmes in Transportation Design, Advanced Product Design, and Interaction Design along with projects from the Bachelor level graduates. The degree exhibition returned this year to the school following a major renovation that has greatly extended the school's facilities. 10 students graduated from the Transportation Design MA programme.

Lexus LS (2012): the full set of new photos

Lexus has fully revealed the new LS, after last week's Facebook teaser. Two different LS models will be available again - the LS460 and LS600h - but there's now F-sport trim available for the first time, for those who want to give their LS a more sporting look.
