New Ford Edge Concept previews larger Ford SUV for Europe Ford, just like all mainstream car makers, knows that the SUV and Crossover are fast becoming the transport of choice for families. So Ford has a plan to cover all the SUV bases with a range of new products that will sell in all Ford’s global markets. That includes the new Ford Kuga, the Fiesta-based Ford EcoSport and now this new Ford Edge which, although billed as a concept at the LA Auto Show, is very close to the new production Ford Edge that will be heading for sale in the UK and Europe late in 2014.

Bugatti Atalante sells for £3 Million

Back at the turn of the new year, we brought you news of a Bugatti Type 57S Atalante that had been found in a barn in the North East, after the death of its owner, a Dr Harold Carr. We speculated on its price, for which estimates varied hugely, with some reports suggesting that a price up near £7 million was likely. Alfa Romeo has revealed the Alfa 4C at the Geneva Motor Show and the Alfa 4C Launch Edition which will cost €60,000. The Alfa Romeo 4C Launch Edition – just 1,000 are being built with only 400 staying in Europe – will cost a fairly strong €60k (around £52,000) and comes in either Carrara White of Alfa Red with a carbon fibre bodykit that adds carbon fibre for the spoiler at the back, to the door mirrors and round the headlights with dark alloys and front air intakes. The suspension also gets a tweak.
