Used this on a family trip to the beach. Its a 4 hour drive from our house to the beach. The cargo bag was very roomy and gave us enough space in our Durango so we were not bunched in.
It attached to the top easily but our cargo rack doesn't have the side rails so we also used bungee cords to cross tie it for added sucurity.
It did great we ran into some rain and our things stayed dry.  Great Bag for the money.
