Nissan Leaf EV to cost £397 a month in UK

Tax exempt, Congestion Charge free and costing buttons to fuel. That's the claim from Nissan, which today revealed its new Leaf electric car will be available to lease in the UK from £397 per month. Nissan will take a £3850 deposit for a personal contract purchase scheme and then charge £397 a month.

2013 Rolls Royce Ghost updates

Three years on from the launch of a Rolls Royce for owner drivers – the RR Ghost – Rolls Royce has made some updates for 2013. Believe it or not, it’s three years since the Rolls Royce Ghost arrived at the 2009 Frankfurt Motor Show as a more ‘Sporty’ take on the RR ethos and aimed at owner-drivers; the sort of chap who’s outgrown big Mercedes and BMW but still likes to drive. IAM offers advice for windy driving

ROAD SAFETY charity the Institute of Advanced Motorists (IAM) is offering advice to drivers on coping with windy weather, as more inclement weather sweeps across the country. Peter Rodger, the IAM's chief examiner, has offered the following tips for driving in high winds: Plan your journey – is there a route with less exposure to the weather and less risk of fallen trees? Choose a sheltered route if you have the option.
