***I also make front and rear spacers for the BX, B, and L Series Tractors, John Deere Compact Tractors as well as many others, plus custom orders.  See my other listings by browsing EBAY in addition to EBay Motors, or click "see other items" at the top right corner of this page.***

This listing is for one pair of wheel spacers, including a free set of 10 lug bolts and a free installation guide bolt.  Just to be clear...a "pair" is two...(2)...enough for one ...(1)...axle.

These spacers are a 5 bolt on 4.5" pattern and have the proper hub opening size and 7/16"x20 threads to fit the Kubota RTV 900 or 1100, and also the John Deere Gator, HPX, or XUV Utility Vehicles.  Also compatible with some Cub Cadet models as well as many other machine applications that have a 5 bolt on 4.5" pattern, such as the John Deere 2305, JD 1025, JD 1026, and similar JD Compact Tractors.

The photo shows a pair of 1.5" spacers, but many other widths are also available

Each pair is custom made to order with 1/4" plate steel end plates
and welded fabrication and can be made to any width of your choosing...in 1/2" increments from 1.5" wide up to your desired width...I have even had requests for spacers to be made 11" (and wider) in order to mount dual wheels (see photos)...for the base price (for the 1.5", 2.0", and 2.5" widths) of $199.95/pair plus $19.95 S/H to any US destination, $50 to Canada, $70 to Australia.  For shipping to other International locations, please contact seller as prices vary by county and your desired width.

Pricing will be slightly higher for widths over 2.5".  There is a $10 charge per additional half-inch, plus a flat service fee of $50 for widths over 5".  Inquire if you are interested in custom widths.  International Shipping may vary with widths over 3" due to size and weight restrictions.  Contact seller in such instances.

Your order will be individually fabricated according to your width request.  No spacers are held in inventory.  I do not maintain an inventory so be sure to build the fabrication time into your expectations and place your order before you desperately need them!  Occasionally (infrequently) I can get an order completed in as little as 10 days to two weeks, but at most other times such as seasonal busy periods and depending on distractions it will likely take about 4 full weeks to complete your order.  Accordingly, the "handling time" as mandated by EBay is set at 30 business days (5 business days = one week) and reflects this fabrication time allowance.  Your patience will be appreciated.  Thanks!

NOTEEnhanced 9/16" of thread engagement.  Even though the outer plate is 1/4" thick, the female threaded lug bolt hole has a proprietarily thickened web that allows extra threaded depth for thread engagement.  You can see this if you look closely at the photos in the "enlarge" mode.  It has come to my attention that there is a possible misperception that the spacers have only 1/4" of thread engagement.  This is in error!  There is a full 9/16" of thread engagement depth!!  Contact me if you would like photos to verify.

Agricultural Users:  Please see my other listing for some 5" wide spacers made to help a customer match crop row widths.
To accommodate snow chains or for custom rims and wider tires, 1.5" to 2.5" seems to be a popular choice and for the aesthetic proportions of a wider stance or for extra stability on uneven or hillside terrain, 2" to 3" is a good choice.
Widths of 3",4", and 5" are used in the agricultural community to straddle crop rows.

Ten factory issued taper head lug bolts plus a bonus installation guide bolt are included for free with each set of spacers.

Specifications:  Exterior Diameter is 6".  Center Hub Hole is 3.125".  Bolt Pattern is 5x4.5" (5x114.3mm).  Threads are 7/16"x20 and spacers are countersunk for use with 82 degree taper lug bolts as factory issued.

Attn: JD2305 and JD1026 Owners:  Many of the rims have an inside curvature that requires that I put a bevel cut on the edge of the outer plate so that the spacer fits flush against the inside of the rim.  There is an additional $15 charge for this bevel if required on your rims.  See my other listings and look at the Kubota BX24 spacers that also have this bevel applied and you will understand what I am referring to.  Thanks.

If you have any questions, use contact seller feature, or call me at 510-601-7550.   The Tracks Company c/o Christian S. Hansen, Owner.  Thank you.

Special Bonus for Wheel Spacer Customers:  Included with each pair of wheel spacers is a special rim installation guide bolt.  Attaching the spacer to the hub flange is not really a problem, but due to the weight and bulkiness of the rim and wheel, holding it up into place while you get the rim lug bolts started can be a bit of a nuisance.  Installing the guide bolt will assist with aligning the rim to the lug holes.  Once the other lug bolts have been started, remove the guide bolt and replace with the last lug bolt.

Guarantee and Returns Policy
So as to avoid any misunderstandings or possible hard feelings, please take a moment to review the guarantee and refund policy.
Guarantee:
The spacers are guaranteed only to be free of defects in materials and workmanship, and to comply with the stated dimensional specifications, but are not guaranteed to be suitable for any specific purpose, use, or application.
While I am happy and willing to pass along information regarding applications and uses that is conveyed to me from previous customers, it is the purchaser's responsibility and obligation to verify measurement specifications and clearance and/or interference issues with their specific machine and intended application.
Returns:
It should be understood that each spacer is custom made according to the stated specifications and/or as requested by the customer and sales are final unless the product is specifically defective.
There are a wide variety of patterns and widths of spacers and some are more popular than others…with the less popular products selling perhaps only once or twice a year…the more common of course selling more frequently.
Therefore approved returns can only be accepted if the product is still in resellable condition, return shipping is paid by the purchaser, and with the understanding that credit or refund will be issued only if and when the returned merchandise is resold to the next customer and net of outgoing shipping costs and less a 15% gross handling fee.

Nissan creates 'scent of the future'

Wed, 18 Dec 2013

NISSAN has created what it calls ‘the scent of the future’, representing what Planet Earth might smell like in an imagined world where everyone drove zero-emissions vehicles. By teaming up with master perfumer and Aroma Academy Scientist Dr George Dodd, the firm has created its ‘aromatic blueprint’ for the future. Dodd, reportedly inspired by long walks in the Scottish Highlands, has created an in-car fragrance that he says is proven to inspire ‘a positive sense of well-being’ in people who smell it.
