1. Whing Ding Experimental BiPlane Plans
With the material in this part of the CD you will have a set of drawings and a narrative for building instructions for the experimental Whing Ding aircraft. This ultralight rarity is easy enough to build, and not that expensive, but truly challenging to fly! The files for this aircraft are in PDF-file format.
2. Powell "PH Racer" Plans
This area of the CD contains instructions and diagrams which should allow you to build this aircraft. This plane does not qualify as an 'ultralight' but should easily qualify under the rules (in the US) covering 'sport light' aircraft. This material is in PDF-file format. The Powell PH Racer is raltively small, very fast for its size and weight, and not that difficult to construct (it will be a huge plus if you can weld or have access to a welder and a 'friend').
3. Lincoln and Gere Sport BiPlanes Plans
This section of the CD contains complete building articles, including drawings, sketches, dimensions and instructions, that should enable you to build the Gere Sport BiPlane and the Lincoln BiPlane. Plans and drawings are in PDF-file format.

MOTORING GROUPS have given a cautious welcome to Chancellor George Osborne's announcement of a freeze on fuel duty until May 2015. But Transport Secretary Patrick McLoughlin's insistence on the value of HS2 to the UK cut little ice with opponents of the high-speed rail scheme. On fuel duty, both the AA and the RAC pointed out that Mr Osborne was already getting big sums from motorists in taxation.
