You're bidding on a pair of large custom made boat flame decals, one for each side of the boat. They measure approximately 96" x 13"...Perfect size for almost any boat. These graphics will make your boat look awesome. They'll definitely turn it into an instant eye catcher and without spending thousands on a custom paint job. You can apply them wherever you like on each side of your boat and they can be angled in any direction when they are installed. These graphics are not like the inexpensive 5 foot long graphics you see listed for vehicles. They are made from premium 7 year vinyl and they are a full 8 feet long. Most retail boat shops sell these for $300 and up. They are die cut, not printed, so they won't fade or peel quickly like the printed graphics do and they do not need to be clear coated over when they are installed. This set is custom made to order, so after the auction ends, you will need to select what one color you want these graphics made in, either white, black, red, dark blue, medium blue, light blue, orange, purple, yellow, silver, or pink.  This set comes with applicator tape already on and complete step by step instructions.

Vinyl graphics are about the easiest and most affordable way to alter the look of your boat. They can be installed fairly easily and they can be removed at any time without damaging the boat's surface.

As always, please measure your boat before bidding to make sure these will fit in the place you plan on installing them. Not all boats are the same size, so you may want to position them or angle them differently when you install them. Since they are custom made, there will be no refunds, exchanges, or warranty. All decals are glossy and have a slight shine to them. Colors shown may appear slightly off due to various computer monitors settings. Shipping & handling is $12.75 within the US, international is $18.50  All payments must be received within 7 days after the auction ends.

McLaren P1 production starts in Woking

Tue, 08 Oct 2013

McLaren P1 production starts in Woking The Geneva Motor Show in March saw the arrival of the first production version of the new McLaren P1 (and its arch-rival, the LaFerrari). But it’s taken until now – seven months later – for McLaren to finish final testing of the P1 before pressing the button on their clinical assembly line to start customer P1s rolling out. In between the reveal at Geneva and production starting, McLaren have been having a bash at the Nurburgring (with mixed results) and doing some final hot weather testing on the P1, but now – apart from a few inevitable tweaks once the P1 gets out in to the real world – the P1 is ready for its customers.

Video: Chris Bangle delivers “Empowerment: Design without Designers” talk at Creative Mornings/London

Wed, 09 Nov 2011

Chris Bangle – the undisputed front man of car design – needs little introduction, so the prospect of the former BMW Design Director and now founder of Chris Bangle Associates giving a talk in our home town of London was too good to pass up. His presentation (which you can watch in full in the video to the left) touched on his time at BMW, but was more focused on the idea of empowering others to create: "design without you in the middle", as Bangle says. From the story of the co-creation of the staircase in his Italian studio to the idea of encouraging people to think about their culture when designing, his philosophies transcend disciplines.

BMW 1 Series Coupe

Mon, 02 Jul 2007

Details of BMW's latest addition have been officially released. The new 1 Series Coupe - which will be available as both a 128i and a 135i  when it goes on sale in North America - is a modern interpretation of the classic 2002, with a front-engine and rear-drive configuration. As expected, the new car looks a lot like a 1 Series hatch; the biggest difference being the newly created rear end.
