You are bidding on a used inner and outer windshield that I acquired a few years ago with a 1946 CJ2A. I was saving it for a future project but have aborted the plans for that project so this needs a new home. Overall it is fairly solid for a 70 year old part that was somewhat fragile when new. The negatives that I can see are that it has a few extra holes in the sheetmetal, one of the wing bolts is missing, and the upper portion of the frame is tweaked a bit towards the driver's side which makes it difficult to latch the window. There is also some rust repair that will be required to the top bar on the one side where the inner frame attaches to the hinge (see photo with white arrows). The glass will need replaced. I would think the outer frame could be tweaked back into shape once the inner frame is removed. The rust repair will require a bit more creativity or use the top bar from another frame. If nothing else, there are some good parts if you are restoring your Willys back to original. This is a large and heavy item so no shipping on this piece. You will have to pick it up in Charleston, WV. I can store for 30 days but payment is expected within 7 days. Subaru recalls 2011 Legacy, Outback models for moonroof fix
Thu, 15 Sep 2011Subaru is recalling 69,590 copies of the 2011 Legacy and Outback because of a problem with the moonroof. The glass has been known to loosen and detach from the roof while driving, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. NHTSA says that the adhesive between the glass and the retainer was inadequately applied.

The year and Sport moniker indicate that this is the more powerful, revised 850 delivering 52 hp from its rear-mounted 903-cc I4.
