1 pair of jeep, willys mahogany wood blocks. A more weather resistant wood and coated with watco teak exterior oil. They are for a cj3 but should also fit a CJ2. They measure 2 1/4" tall X 4 1/2 X 1 3/16"  with the holes 2 11/16" center to center, off centered to the front. They are aerodynamically designed to help your willys go straighter at speeds in excess of 90 MPH(at least that's what you can tell your friends when they ask you what those two hunks of wood are for). They come with screws, washers and nylock nuts and look a lot better than a chunk of 2 X 4.

Aston Martin V12 Zagato confirmed for limited production

Sat, 02 Jul 2011

Aston Martin V12 Zagato confirmed for production It didn’t take a genius to work out that the Aston Martin V12 Zagato would not just be incarnated as the Zig and Zag cars for the Nurburgring, but as a proper production car. Not a production car in the true sense, but a limited edition car much like the Aston Martin Zagato’s gone by. In fact we reported some time ago that we expected the V12 Zagato to start a limited production run of either 89 or 99 cars as soon as the Aston Martin One-77 ends production, and that the target price would be in the £300-350k range.

Volvo S60 sedan shown at the Detroit auto show

Sun, 11 Jan 2009

Showing a new direction inspired by Scandinavian design, Volvo displayed a concept vehicle at the Detroit Auto Show that previews the new S60 sedan, due in 18 months. The car has a new face--with angled headlamps, a coupe roofline and no B-pillar--and an interior with the "environment of a modern Scandinavian living room," said Steve Mattin, Volvo senior vice president of design. The car's more emotional look is part of a longer-term strategy to give Volvo a more exciting image in the United States through changes in product design and marketing, said Stephen Odell, CEO of Volvo Car Corp.

Ford once planned to race fiberglass-bodied Mustang touring cars

Mon, 31 Mar 2014

Tucked away on page nine of the May 9, 1964 issue of Competition Press and Autoweek is an intriguing little story: “FIA Rejects Ford Bid for Homolgation [sic].” At the time, the Mustang had just made its world debut, but Ford was already scheming to fold the car into its “Total Performance” campaign. The automaker apparently proposed to do so with a fleet of crazy fiberglass-bodied touring cars. According to Competition Press, Ford tried to get the new Mustang classified as a touring car for international racing.
