Wilson Manifold 309556 Pro Flow 2 Stage System 50-500hp 4500 Dominator

Nitrous Pro Flow 2-stage assembled systems offer the racer the utmost in horsepower capability and the ability to control it. These systems utilize the same technology as Nitrous Pro Flow's single-stage systems and include all of the same innovative features. Nitrous Pro Flow patented assembled plate systems produce more horsepower and provide better reliability than any other system on the market. These assembled systems provide the cleanest and easiest method of installing a nitrous system. Nitrous Pro Flow assembled systems are the standard in the industry for state-of-the-art nitrous systems. At the heart of the systems is the patented Nitrous Pro Flow plate with its exclusive stainless steel spray bars incorporating "Fan Spray Tube Technology" and burst panel protection. The fan spray pattern created by progressively angled orifices evenly covers the full 360 degrees of the intake plenum to ensure equal distribution and to eliminate corner cylinder lean-out. The burst panels provide protection to the carburetor/throttle body in the event of a fuel system or ignition system failure. The plate itself is fully CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and is hard-coated for durability and corrosion resistance. These systems feature high-flow fuel solenoids, high-flow nitrous solenoids, a nitrous purge solenoid, a patent-pending solenoid mounting bracket, and stainless hard lines from the solenoids to the plate. The uniquely designed plate inlet fittings and hard-line plumbing significantly enhance metering capabilities by eliminating expansions in the system that can cause a phase change in the nitrous oxide. The nitrous oxide is purged directly from the nitrous solenoid body. This allows the solenoid bowl to be completely filled with liquid nitrous, which also allows the liquid to reach the plate faster. Completely plumbed and wired into 6-prong Weatherpack connectors, each system is individually flow-tested after assembly to ensure quality and consistency. Stainless steel jet pack and supporting Weatherpack connectors are included, along with detailed installation and operating instructions.

Toyota Hydrogen Fuel Cell Saloon revealed

Wed, 25 Jun 2014

The final design of Toyota’s Hydrogen Fuel Cell saloon is revealed The final design of the production version of the Toyota Fuel Cell Saloon has been revealed ahead of its arrival in the UK next summer, and it’s not a million miles away from the Toyota FCV Concept we saw last year at the Tokyo Motor Show. It’s not the best-looking car on the planet – the back, in particular, does seem a bit muddled – but it’s what’s under the skin that matters and that the FCEV is, subject to a proper refuelling infrastructure, a move forward for transport in a way BEVs will never be. The Toyota Fuel Cell saloon will offer performance and range very similar to an ICE car and, more importantly, can be refuelled in the same sort of time as an ICE car, which means electric car benefits with none of the range anxiety concerns that put most buyers off.

Aston Martin Rapide: The Movie

Sun, 30 Jan 2011

Aston Martin Rapide: The Movie Last February Aston Martin decamped en-masse to the Iberian Peninsula to play PR jollies with the new Aston Martin Rapide. First stop on the tour was Valencia, where the world’s media gathered at Aston Martin’s expense to eat, drink, grab a few rays and fit in a drive or three in the first Aston Martin four door in a generation. No doubt a good time was had by all, and we got a few stories out of it.

Ken Okuyama Design heads to Tokyo with new road racer [w/video]

Tue, 12 Nov 2013

Ken Okuyama Design is heading to the Tokyo motor show with what promises to be a real treat of a two-seat sports car. The Kode9 coupé, as teased in a behind-the-scenes video, follows on from the Kode7 first shown in 2008 and, if the video is any indication, this voluminous, 1960s-inspired creation will continue that car's attention to delightful detail. And who doesn't love a car with a vertical tail fin?
