Wilwood 260-8419 Brake Bias / Proportioning Valve

The new generation of adjustable proportioning valves combines the latest refinements to deliver precise pressure metering and strength from a compact forged billet design. Pressure adjustments range from 100-1000 PSI and provide for a maximum decrease of 57% in line pressure, the most of any available valve. Adjuster knob with fine thread tuning provides precise pressure adjustment. This adjustment lets you fine tune the front to rear braking balance by proportionally decreasing the rear brake line pressure. Valves weigh only 5.2 ounces and have two .25” side mounting holes spaced 1.00” apart. Standard in and out ports are 1/8-27 NPT.

Renault Laguna Coupe Monaco GP special edition announced

Tue, 20 Apr 2010

The Renault Laguna Coupe Monaco GP Special Edition We were going to report that Renault were releasing the Laguna Coupe Monaco GP Special Edition a week or so ago, but we actually thought it was a France-only model. Not that that is necessarily a reason not to run a story, but a France-only car – from a not exactly top-selling model – from a French car maker maker meant that the story would probably have been of interest to a limited number. But Renault have decided that the slightly odd looking Renault Laguna Coupe will be available as the Monaco GP Special Edition this side of the Channel as well, so best we give you the gen.

Hyundai reveals i-oniq concept teaser

Thu, 15 Dec 2011

Hyundai has hinted at its future design direction with this single teaser shot of its ‘i-oniq’ concept car. Further details will be revealed in the run-up to next March's 2012 Geneva show, but judging by this glimpse, the concept will take the form of a large coupe with a hatchback tail. It stops short of the full shooting-brake silhouette, but there’s a hint of Brera in the curvature of its rear end. ‘Two strong arched curves define the silhouette of i-oniq, creating a playful contrast between the sharp character lines and soft but muscular features’ says Thomas Bürkle, Hyundai’s European Chief Designer.

Range Rover Hybrid: the ‘most-tested’ Land Rover ever

Tue, 05 Nov 2013

Land Rover has worked so hard to make sure the Range Rover Hybrid performs in a near-seamless way, the prototypes have been driven for longer than any other Land Rover prototype – ever. This tough trials included the huge Range Rover Silk Trail that MSN Cars took part in recently – and even the press fleet launch cars now being driven in Strasburg are actually prototypes that Land Rover continues to monitor closely. Range Rover Silk Trail adventure Range Rover Hybrid prototype review (2013) In all, around 100 Range Rover Hybrids have been built for engineers to tirelessly assess.
