Front Caliper

The GP 320 billet four piston caliper is a compact, high efficiency performer. Weighing just 1.70 pounds, it was purpose built as an upgrade with increased pad size over two piston calipers on lightweight open wheeled racecars. The GP 320 is also well suited to other performance and racing applications including, but not limited to Midgets, Sprint Cars Mini-Sprints, and Formula Sports racers. The GP 320 bridge configuration will accommodate rotors between .75" and .81" thick, with overall diameters between 9.00" and 11.50".

Caliper is full CNC detail machined from premium alloy billet. FEA structural analysis technology was employed to develop a design that minimizes weight and maximizes rigidity against deflection. Full width bridges are reinforced with four, high strength steel cross bridge bolts. The cross bridge bolts are coated for corrosion resistance and provide added resistance to deflection and body separation under high loads. Internal fluid ports with a single outboard bleeder provide quick and effective evacuation of gasses and spent fluid

Buyers of 11,351 Chrysler products will be getting a recall notice to fix a problem in the steering column. The recall covers 2011 models of the Chrysler 200 sedan and convertible and the Town & Country minivan; the Dodge Avenger sedan, the Caliber, Nitro and Journey SUVs, and the Grand Caravan minivan; and the Jeep Compass, Liberty, Patriot and Wrangler SUVs. The steering column in some of those vehicles might be missing a pivot rivet, or the rivet may have been installed incorrectly.

Jaguar 'villainy' ad banned

A SECOND JAGUAR ad has been banned in as many months for promoting speed and unsafe driving. The video on Jaguar Land Rover's YouTube channel was titled The Art Of Villainy and featured actor Tom Hiddleston playing a suave villain while driving a Jaguar F-Type in an underground car park and on a public road. The Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) received a complaint that the ad was socially irresponsible because it featured and encouraged unsafe driving.
