This breathable canvas has been perfect for our boat for the past 6 years. All framing is included with the cover. This cover already has pockets built in for radar and for TV antenna. It is two pieces which join at the radar arch with zippers and covers the boat entirely down to the rub rail. It has an entrance door built in at the port rear exactly where the entry is off the swim platform. There are pocket flaps to easily access every cleat. You will never have a mold issue with this canvass nor will snow accumulate on top. You could easily get 10+ years of use out of this cover. Shipping costs not included. Approximate weight 79 lbs. plus the frame.

The Multilayer Instrument Cluster concept, initially intended for use in full- and mid-size luxury cars, is designed to improve the safety of the driver and the overall efficiency of the vehicle. Daimler takes 10 percent stake in EV maker Tesla

Daimler AG has acquired an equity stake of nearly 10 percent of California electric car maker Tesla Motors Inc., the German automaker said Tuesday. The two companies have been working together to integrate Tesla's lithium-ion battery packs and charging electronics into the first 1,000 units of Daimler's electric Smart car. Daimler said its stake in Tesla will allow the companies to collaborate even more closely on the development of battery systems, electric drive systems and in individual vehicle projects.
