Messages:

Our normal business hour is Monday to Friday 10AM to 5PM Pacific Time except public holidays.  Therefore, all the messages and questions received on the weekend will be answered on the following Monday.  Most messages and questions will usually be responded by our customer service within 1 to 2 business days. 

Shipping & Handling:

Our main shipping courier is USPS under normal circumstances.  Tracking number will ONLY be purchased for priority mail unless specified differently.  We also offer discount shipping for most items if you order multiple pairs.  Please note that product will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received and cleared. 

We do ship WORLDWIDE and welcome all the international customers.  Local pick up is not available due to eBay policy.

Payment Condition:

Due to eBay policy, we can only accept PayPal.

Please commit to pay as we will file unpaid item dispute if we do not receive a cleared payment seven (7) days after listing ends.  Negotiation and bargaining are not allowed.

Return Policy:

We offer warranty on our items.  If the item is defective, we will send you a replacement ONLY IF you send us back the defective item.   This is mainly for our protection and we will inspect the item carefully before resending.  We will only issue exchange or refund if the item is in ORIGINAL condition and it must be UNUSED and UNDAMAGED.

All shipping and handling cost is not refundable and the buyer is responsible for the return item postage fee.
